Strokes Breakup?
Word on the street is that the Strokes will be breaking up in the near future. When exactly is the near future? I hve no idea but my guess would be following whatever they currently have scheduled. Is this a definite thing? Absolutely not but apparently it's more likely then not. So make sure you see them as soon as you can.

where did you hear that exactly? It seems very unlikely considering that at the moment they are at an all time high since Is This It and are slowely progressing, i've heard that they are already planning their next record.

I can't reveal the source but the word comes from music biz people. It is just a rumor, but a very likely rumor from what I hear.
The name of the blog has no secret meaning. It comes from the picture up top - that's what sparked this whole thing.

This isnt true. Julian is writing lyrics for the fourth record. They will start recording after albert finishes his solo tour.
Hey anon - Did you look at the date of this post? It's from April 2006. Clearly in the two years since then we've learned that this rumor was not true. But thanks for the comment anyway.
